Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing professional to join our Investor Relations (IR) team. The individual will play a key role in managing relationships with high-net-worth (HNI/UHNI) investors and wealth partners, ensuring transparent communication, timely reporting, and exceptional service delivery throughout the investor lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products (especially PMS), and the ability to work closely with internal teams including investments, operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned HNI/UHNI clients

  • Respond to investor queries regarding portfolio, performance, and operations

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistency

Performance Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and share regular portfolio performance updates and market commentary

  • Explain investment rationale and portfolio actions in simple, client-friendly language

  • Support creation of newsletters, investor decks, and MIS reports

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end investor onboarding: KYC, documentation, PMS agreements, and compliance

  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth client activation.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the investment team to stay aligned on portfolio strategy and positioning.

  • Partner with operations and compliance for issue resolution, documentation, and regulatory adherence

Investor Experience Enhancement

  • Conduct review calls/meetings with clients and partners

  • Collect client feedback to improve service standards and investor retention

  • Assist in organizing webinars, investor meets, and portfolio reviews

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce / Economics / MBA (Finance preferred)

  • Knowledge of capital markets, PMS/AIF structures, and SEBI regulations

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • High attention to detail, process orientation, and reporting accuracy

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
