We are hiring for the role of Team Lead/Manager/Sr Manager for Sales Closing role.

Job Purpose:

The Luxury Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of premium and high-end residential/commercial projects. The role focuses on managing high-net-worth clients (HNIs/Ultra-HNIs), building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales

    • Achieve sales targets for luxury residential and commercial projects.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
    • Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead management to booking closure.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
    • Understand client lifestyle needs and provide personalized solutions.
    • Ensure superior customer experience, pre- and post-sales.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
    • Provide inputs to the management for effective positioning of projects.
  • Collaboration & Coordination

    • Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth deal execution.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to plan events, promotions, and campaigns targeting luxury clientele.
  • Reporting & MIS

    • Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and MIS reports.
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales updates to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven track record in luxury sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence HNI/Ultra-HNI clients.
  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and client etiquette.
  • Strong market knowledge of real estate, particularly luxury segment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in luxury/premium segment.
  • Proven success in handling HNI clients and closing high-value transactions.
  • Exposure to premium residential projects, luxury hotels, wealth management, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Number of new client acquisitions and repeat/referral business.
  • Client satisfaction scores.
  • Contribution to brand visibility in the luxury segment.
