Your Contribution Strategic Leadership
Design and implement HR shared services strategy aligned with business goals. • Drive transformation initiatives including digitization and process reengineering. Operational Excellence • Oversee core HR processes: onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee records, and exit management. • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HRSS team. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. Technology & Automation • Collaborate with IT to enhance HR systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.). • Champion self-service tools and employee portals for better accessibility. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies. • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a liaison between HRSS and business units to ensure alignment and responsiveness. • Provide insights and analytics to HR leadership for strategic decision-making.
Education: - Bachelor's/Masters in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience: - 1015 years in HR, with 5+ years in shared services
• Industry Exposure: - Automotive or manufacturing sector preferred
• Tools & Tech: - Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Excel, and analytic
• Certifications: - SHRM, HRCI, or Six Sigma (preferred)
