Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management

Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all units.
Coordinate with Unit HR and Finance for payroll inputs, audits, and reconciliations.
Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, etc.
Monitor and ensure adherence to all statutory labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).

Statutory Compliances

Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for timely filings and documentation.
Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance across units.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations.

HR Operations

Drive uniform HR processes across hospitals (employee life cycle).
Maintain HRIS/HRMS data accuracy and support digitization efforts.
Manage employee records, documentation, and audits.

Policy Implementation

Support formulation, review, and rollout of HR policies.
Ensure awareness, interpretation, and uniform implementation of policies across hospitals.
Provide guidance to unit HR teams on policy-related matters.

Team Coordination & Support

Act as the SPOC for all operational escalations from unit HRs.
Provide guidance and support to unit HR teams on best practices and issue resolution.
Support in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
