Your Roles & Responsibilities Attending All protects Design review meeting and reporting/solving the issues to meet the timelines for all ASMEP drawings Coordination with ASMEP consutants Project Management: PCP • Customer Experience Management Position Requirements Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation from Premier institutes like IIT/REC/NIT Experience: At least 15-20 years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry Critical Skills: Functional Architect / Civil engineer 15-20 years Manager / Sr Manager Experience in coordination with architecture / Structures/MEP /landscape/interiors required, co-ordination with / Liason /authorities optional Knowledge of costing Ready to make decisions in ASMEP design Knowledge in BIM Autocad expert Preferably from Architects design office / SMEP consultants office Team Management Experience Site Management Experience Experience in coordination all ASMEP consutants Ability to assess and mitigate risks • Understanding of real estate markets and customer requirements Behavioural Solving ASMEP problems related to design / residential / commercial buildings Critical decision making ability Crisis management & conflict resolution Reporting Structure This role reports to the Design Head / PCP Head. Job Location RO BANGALORE
