As a Manager/DM - GPSS, your role involves leading WFM solutioning and pricing strategy for RFPs and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end WFM models, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling. Your key responsibilities also include developing and optimizing capacity models, staffing plans, and SLA-based delivery frameworks.
