Your role as a Manager/DM - GPSS involves leading workforce management solutioning and pricing strategy for RFPs and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end WFM models, including forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling. Developing and optimizing capacity models, staffing plans, and SLA-based delivery frameworks will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also include generating actionable insights for global operations through advanced analytics and driving automation initiatives using Excel, VBA, Power Query, or other relevant tools. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for workflow optimization and resource allocation is essential, as well as establishing and tracking performance metrics and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Effective communication with senior stakeholders to showcase a strong leadership presence is crucial.
