Job Description

The person will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and finalization of financial statements. Additionally, the role will involve ensuring statutory compliance, timely tax filings, and handling audits.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting and controlling

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting

Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with Group Cos. for intercompany reconciliations.
Work closely with auditors (Statutory & Internal) to ensure smooth and timely audit completion.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Ensure Income Tax and TDS filing and returns related matters including Tax Audit
Review and implement best practices for accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting.

2. Ensuring Compliances to applicable laws

Preparation of data for GST assessments, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities.
Preparation of data for income assessments, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities

3. Other Areas

Preparing reports: Preparing MIS reports, Monthly stock statements, CMA data
