Manager/AVP - India Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)

You will be joining a Global Financial Service Firm in Mumbai as a Manager/AVP for India Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and demonstrating good knowledge of Business lines and products - Overall planning and execution of Year End Compensation exercise - Providing YE analytics & data management - Developing training and communication materials for the implementation of Year End Compensation exercise and other local compensation programs - Providing market and job insights through Market data Benchmarking by participating and analyzing various market compensation surveys - Providing Market Intelligence through different resources like secondary research, networking with compensation professionals in other peer firms - Offering consultative services to HRBPs in the area of Compensation - Maintaining continuous connect with Global compensation team as well as regional HR teams to ensure compliance with both local and global standards - Managing an effective relationship with HR vendors such as consulting firms, internal stakeholders, banking relationship, non-statutory related vendors - Handling adhoc projects to enhance employee experience related to Rewards - Supporting in a wide variety of Compensation initiatives across India - Providing guidance on all contractual, compensation, tax and mobility issues - Performing BAU activities in Compensation and Benefits Department including new Compensation-fitments etc. - Designing, reviewing and maintaining salary Bands for the purpose of talent acquisition on an annual basis If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly revert with your updated CV to priya@zodnik.in.,
