Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager/Assistant Manager in Sales, based in Pune. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning and execution to ensure consistent business growth.


  • B.E./B.tech. in relevant field with minimum 3 yrs of experience in the same domain.
  •  Identify and target potential clients in the automation and instrumentation sector.
  • Should be able to do sales of different field instruments like flow meters/Pressure transmitters/Level transmitters etc

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers, showcasing the technical features and benefits. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing technical support and solutions to meet their instrumentation needs.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals based on customer requirements.
  •  Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and pricing agreements in line with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of PLC & SCADA

  • Candidate should be able to discuss technical concepts with clients, teamwork, willingness to travel, eagerness to learn and grow with our organization.
  • Should be familiar with widely used computer applications like MS-Office, MS-Excel etc.
  • Should be able to communicate in English & Local Language.
