As a high-impact Manager of Workforce Engagement, Experience & Culture at BlitzenX in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive work culture. You will lead initiatives to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, develop retention strategies based on exit analytics, and drive culture-building activities that reflect our core values and growth mindset. Collaborating with recruitment, HR, and leadership teams, you will align workforce experience strategies with talent management goals and hiring velocity. In this role, you will monitor and report on key engagement and retention KPIs to senior leadership, recommending adjustments as necessary. Acting as an employee advocate, you will identify and address workplace issues promptly, lead training programs on diversity, equity, inclusion, psychological safety, and employee well-being, and embed engagement metrics into broader organizational performance measures. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or HR business partnering roles within fast-scaling technology or consulting firms. Your track record in designing and executing large-scale engagement and retention programs, strong data analytics skills, exceptional communication abilities, and familiarity with modern HR tech tools will be essential.
