Client Coordination & Communication: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients; manage scheduling, follow-ups, and updates. 2. Maintain a warm, professional, and empathetic tone—especially for sensitive matters such as family disputes. Team & Intern Management: 1. Onboard, brief, and coordinate with interns and junior staff. 2. Assign daily tasks, track performance, and maintain discipline and accountability. 3.Schedule court visits, research assignments, and content creation timelines. Administrative Oversight: 1. Manage daily operations, internal meetings, and logistics. 2. Oversee document submissions, billing, and client file updates. 3. Draft professional communication including emails, briefs, meeting notes, and client reminders. Social & Digital Coordination: 1. Draft and review LinkedIn content, website text, and graphics briefs for branding purposes. 2. Assist with content ideation and brand communication strategies. Calendar & Deadline Management : 1. Coordinate court appearances, client meetings, and case-related deadlines for the team. Discretion & Confidentiality: 1. Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
