Overall responsibility of Utilities Operations, Maintenance and supporting plant on efficient operations of all the machines following proper maintenance and availability of essential utilities. Executing the CAPEX projects as per plan.
1) Ensuring Carlsberg Safety standards are meet for all employees like LOTO, Permit to work, Machine guarding etc.
2) Ensuring adherence to Carlsberg Operating Manual (COM)/ IMS procedures
3) Managing all Utility Operational activities, tracking against plans and achieving targeted KPIs within planned costs
4) Responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance of all plant machinery and adherence to COM
5) Operation and maintenance of utility plants - Refrigeration, Boiler, DG SETS, CO2 & air
6) Taking Corrective and preventive maintenance of plant machinery
7) Supporting plant to maintain 90% uptime of operation of plant machinery
8) Recording and tracking of breakdown, followed by analysis to avoid reoccurrence of break downs and maintain upkeep of the machines effectively
9) Daily PMS with maintenance & utilities team
10) Monitoring and analysing Utility KPIs to take corrective actions wherever required
11) Maintaining critical spare list and ensuring availability for all critical plant machinery
12) Coordinating with Corporate Office Project Team on execution of CAPEX projects and sharing the progress
13) Developing skill gap matrix and training of his direct reports and Team performance assessment
14) Generating reports, analysis and sharing
