About the Role:

US Recruiter at Manager level

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management

    for corporate roles (non-IT) across the US region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Liaise with US stakeholders and hiring managers

    to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring timelines are met.
  • Drive

    recruitment metrics and reporting

    , ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health are consistently achieved.
  • Implement

    process improvements, automation tools

    , and recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, Jobvite, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Provide

    market intelligence and talent mapping

    insights to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of experience in

    US recruitment

    , with a minimum of 2–3 years in a

    managerial or lead recruiter

    capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in

    corporate hiring

    (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) in the US market.
  • Strong experience in

    US hiring practices

    , including familiarity with US employment laws, visa types, and recruitment compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS tools

    , job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice), and

    Boolean sourcing

    techniques.
  • Exceptional

    stakeholder management

    and communication skills; experience working directly with US clients or internal business units.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes while maintaining a focus on

    quality and candidate experience

    .
  • Data-driven and metrics-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a

    recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)

    , staffing firm, or corporate HR setting.
  • Experience supporting

    Fortune 500 or mid-sized US companies

    preferred.
