As a part of BDO India Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the India Practice by providing strategic, operational, accounting, tax & regulatory advisory services to both domestic and international organizations. With a team of over 8500 professionals operating across 12 cities, you will be working closely with partners to build client relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include: - Having an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with a working understanding of the differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Applying relevant accounting standards, independently executing Ind AS engagements, and conducting research on complex technical accounting issues. - Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings. - Exhibiting strong leadership skills to engage with senior management, drive various meetings, and promote a positive work culture aligned with BDO values. - Utilizing proven supervision and coaching skills to delegate tasks, motivate engagement teams, and manage multiple projects efficiently. - Working under tight deadlines and demanding client conditions to ensure timely delivery of services. - Assisting in identifying potential clients for pitching/ideation and preparing pitches to secure new mandates.
