Role & responsibilities

• Market Expansion in South India

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
  
• Build relationships with local manufacturers, FMCG companies, food & beverage producers, and cosmetic brands that use flavours or fragrances.
  

• Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the South region.
  
• Understand client requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  

• Regional Marketing & Promotion

• Execute region-specific marketing campaigns (digital, print, or on-ground).
  
• Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or B2B events relevant to the industry in South India.
  

• Language & Communication

• Communicate effectively in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam preferred).
  
• Tailor communication to suit regional culture and business etiquette.
  

• Sales Target Achievement

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets from the South Indian market.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts and track performance using CRM tools.
  

• Market Intelligence

• Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights on pricing, trends, and customer preferences in South India.
  
• Share feedback with product and R&D teams for continuous improvement.
  

• Reporting

• Provide regular sales and marketing updates to the management team.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and outcomes.
