We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our VR gaming zone. As a VR Games Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless gameplay experiences, managing staff, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the VR gaming zone, ensuring high-quality experiences for visitors - Supervise and train a team of VR game operators and technical staff - Monitor and maintain VR equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for visitors and staff - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall gaming experience - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and increase revenue - Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets for the VR gaming zone Requirements: Basic understanding of Multiplayer gaming NOTE: The company will train and prepare the selected candidate for the role adding a life long value to the profile in an emerging tech domain.
