Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the manufacturing engineering team to ensure professional growth and performance excellence.
• Design, develop, and implement robust manufacturing processes to optimize productivity, safety, and product quality.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to introduce new products and improve existing processes.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance and reduce waste.
• Monitor production data and KPIs to identify performance gaps and execute corrective actions effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental safety guidelines.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation, and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop and manage the departments budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to assess new materials, equipment, and technologies that improve cost-efficiency and performance.
• Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues and improve overall throughput.

• Working knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO standards).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive operational and process improvements.
