Job Description

As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Sikich, you will leverage your 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in financial due diligence, to excel in the US market. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, where you will meticulously analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to clients spanning various industries. With a widespread presence and a reputation as one of the largest professional services companies in the United States, Sikich offers a platform for professionals to leverage their skills and experience to drive transformative strategies that enhance clients" businesses across all dimensions. Your key responsibilities will include managing financial due diligence processes for clients engaged in business acquisitions, assessing business and financial risks, and identifying opportunities to advise strategic and private equity buyers and sellers on optimal strategies for acquisition, disposition, and business restructuring. You will be instrumental in aggregating, refining, and analyzing target company data to unveil historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations. You will lead multiple projects of varying complexities, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing a team through various tasks such as drafting request lists, creating databooks, preparing materials for management meetings, and generating detailed reports and presentations encapsulating findings and recommendations. To thrive in this role, you should hold CA or CPA(US) or CFA(US) certifications, coupled with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit, a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, and project management expertise. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, dissect financial statements, deploy analytical tools, build robust relationships, and navigate ambiguous situations will be crucial.
