Manager - Transaction Advisory Services

As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager at Sikich, you will be responsible for managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic advice to clients in various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses - Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities for strategic and private equity buyers & sellers - Aggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify financial and operating trends - Lead day-to-day operations including managing a team, drafting request lists, and preparing materials for management meetings - Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations - Develop associates and senior associates by coaching and providing feedback - Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity Qualifications Required: - CA or CPA(US) or CFA(US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance - Minimum 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit - Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP - Project management experience - Ability to understand an entity through analyzing financial statements and creating analyses - Desire to build strong relationships and induce structure on disorderly situations - Experience in developing through on-the-job coaching and creating resources About Sikich: Sikich is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services.
