Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
and
Succession Planning

Assist in
structuring, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions
across industries
Prepare high-quality
client deliverables
including presentations, opinion notes, and concept papers
Collaborate firm-wide while maintaining
strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Gain exposure to high-impact projects led by CA (LLB) Abhitan Mehta

Who We’re Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA)
(Direct Tax / Transaction Advisory experience preferred)
4–6 years
post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills
