Manager TP

You will be responsible for resource planning and deployment to ensure optimal utilization. You will develop and implement top-notch processes and quality practices by continuously improving them. Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) regarding the quality of deliverables and timelines will be a key focus. Your role will involve the continuous transition and adoption of new process-driven activities, ensuring timely project completion without any delays. You are expected to demonstrate consistent evidence of project delivery, client interaction experience, and a strong understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and methodologies. Moreover, you should possess knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations for the US and Canada, experience in handling global documentation projects, drafting skills, and proficiency in financial statements and analysis. Team management, project handling, on-time delivery, and fostering relationships with onshore offices are also crucial aspects of this role. In addition to the base expectations, you should aim to exhibit expertise in TP regulations beyond the US and Canada, benchmarking financial transactions, and reviewing engagements efficiently. Strong people management skills, effective communication across all levels of the organization, and outstanding leadership abilities will be essential for success.
