Manager TO CEO office

The leading Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad is currently seeking a Sr Manager / Director for the CEO office. The exact designation will be determined based on the candidate's experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in MIS and reporting, possess strong analytical skills, and should have exposure to production, supply chain, and finance functions. As a Sr Manager / Director in the CEO office, your responsibilities will include managing projects using excel or project management tools to ensure timely completion. You will act as a liaison between the CEO, department heads, and project leads. Your role will involve reviewing all reports before CEO meetings, preparing a list of review points for discussion, and ensuring effective project management for key business projects while highlighting any bottlenecks or delays. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between department heads and the CEO by preparing summary notes for updates, flags, and approvals. You will also manage all CEO meetings by circulating agendas beforehand, reviewing reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of discussions during the meetings.
