Position : Deputy Manager/Manager-Through Hole/MI Production.
Location: Manesar.
Experience : 12 to 18 years.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Throughhole, located in Gurugram. The Manager-Throughhole will oversee daily operations related to throughhole technology, coordinate between different departments to ensure efficient workflow, implement best practices for quality control, and manage a team of skilled professionals. Additionally, the role involves optimizing production processes, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Experience with throughhole technology and production processes
Manpower Handling.
Line Balancing.
Cycle Time Study.
Knowledge of Through Hole Process- Wave Soldering, Manual Soldering, CRC (Conformal coating, Epoxy coating.)
Inventory Management of Production floor.
Knowledge of Quality Tools and Quality Standards.
Data Analysis.
