Manager Tech ERP

In this role as a member of the KGS team, your responsibilities will primarily focus on client delivery and practice development in the field of M&A technology programs and technology due diligence, specifically emphasizing ERP implications in transactions. Your tasks will involve preparing, planning, and executing M&A technology programs, as well as leading and supporting clients through various technology initiatives related to acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions, particularly in the realm of ERP systems. Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, overseeing the integration and separation of ERP systems during mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, plan, and execute M&A technology programs - Lead and support clients through technology initiatives related to acquisitions, divestitures, and transactions, especially in ERP systems - Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients - Oversee the integration and separation of ERP systems during mergers and acquisitions - Lead client meetings and collaborate with different business functions to capture all ERP functional requirements - Manage ERP data migration projects in coordination with third-party vendors - Coordinate and prepare IT due diligence reports during the pre-deal process - Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders at clients and within KPMG Qualifications Required: - Deep technical expertise in at least one major ERP landscape such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics - Significant experience in a consulting firm or industry with exposure to ERP, particularly in an M&A environment - Proficiency in ERP implementation and support, IT integrations and separations, ERP architecture, IT due diligence, IT organization design, transitional services, project management - Effective communication skills - Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and the role of IT within it - Ability to lead client meetings and interviews, adapt quickly to new situations, manage teams effectively, and formulate development plans If you are ready to take on the challenge of leading technology initiatives in the M&A landscape and driving impactful solutions for clients, we welcome your application.,
