Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Leader at New Relic, your role is crucial in leading a high-impact, agile team to support the company's continuous growth. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Regional Recruiters to build and deliver inclusive hiring strategies - Creating innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans, with a focus on building diverse pipelines and enhancing candidate experience - Driving adoption of the "Hiring For Success" framework through training and communication to ensure consistent and equitable hiring processes - Coaching and developing team members at varying levels to maintain excellence in performance and build strong business insights - Collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and engagement across the People Team - Utilizing data to set hiring priorities, align resources, and provide insights for strategic decision-making - Leading key projects to improve diversity, recruitment processes, and strategies in alignment with the Global TA/People Strategy - Ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders Your qualifications should include: - 12+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4+ years in the technology industry, preferably SaaS/Product companies - Experience in high-growth/fast-paced environments and contributing to the transformation and growth of TA functions - 3+ years of leadership/mentorship experience - Ability to devise and lead talent strategies in a fast-growth tech environment - Proven track record of building strategic relationships with business leaders and internal partners - Strong data analysis skills to drive business decisions and insights - Excellent presentation and communication skills for influencing key leaders and assessing hiring trends Global recruiting experience is desirable for this role.
