Manager Supply Chain Execution

As a Manager in the Supply Chain Execution vertical at PwC, you will focus on optimizing supply chain operations, improving end-to-end visibility, and enhancing collaboration. Your role will involve developing logistics strategies, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and elevating operational performance across transportation and warehouse functions. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a point of view on key global trends impacting clients - Analyze clients" distribution and fulfillment networks to identify optimization opportunities using data and industry best practices - Assist clients in identifying potential automation technology solutions to enable supply chain excellence - Develop logistics and warehousing strategies focusing on assessments, improvements, and cost-reduction opportunities - Engage with client key stakeholders to gain input, buy-in, influence strategy development, and execute action plans - Lead team through the implementation and hyper care process for TMS/WMS engagement, coaching and mentoring junior consultants - Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal and client teams - Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed in engagement delivery - Lead client pursuit discussions, highlighting relevant experience and approach across industries - Work with client team to create business cases justifying proposed design to client executive steering committees - Execute project delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, risks/issues tracking, and stakeholder communication - Mentor, guide, and train a team of supply chain execution consultants - Coach team members, recognize their strengths, and encourage personal development Qualifications Required: - MBA/MTech or Master's degree in a related field Required Skills: - Supply chain execution domain experience in transportation and warehousing - Functional and technical expertise in TMS/WMS solutions or Supply Chain Network Design tools (Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Riverlogic, AIMMS, Optilogic) - Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI - Experience with SQL and Python Certifications: - Certifications in TMS, WMS solutions, or relevant solutions are a plus Additional Details: Travel may be required for this role, depending on client requirements.,
