Job Description

As a Leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 1015 Admissions Counsellors and 12 Team Leads. Your main focus will be to provide strategic direction in order to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets effectively. You will have ownership of the complete sales lifecycle for team-assigned leads, which includes making outbound calls, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales closures, and maintaining post-sales relationship management. It will be your responsibility to monitor the Sales Pipeline and ensure a high-quality sales funnel for the team. In addition, you will be overseeing training initiatives led by Team Leads/Managers, with a specific focus on learner profiling, program/product knowledge, and sales closure techniques. Your role will also involve controlling team attrition by nurturing and developing sales talent within the team. Setting clear performance benchmarks using key input and output metrics will be crucial in this position. You will be expected to track and enhance team performance against established goals, ensuring that the team is consistently meeting or exceeding expectations. Effective communication and reinforcement of the value and uniqueness of upGrad's online learning model will also be an essential part of your responsibilities in this role.,
