Manager - Strategy and Planning

In this role at Impact Communications, as a Strategic Planner in the Activation(BTL) vertical, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering innovative ideas for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic plans that shape and energize our clients" brands. You will act as a bridge between the client and servicing team, providing valuable insights and simplifying complex problems. Your role will involve analyzing data and market trends, participating in brand strategy development, and contributing to brand positioning and identity. **Responsibilities:** - Research and gather data to create well-informed strategic plans for clients - Develop brand activation strategies for clients across various industries - Gain a deep understanding of clients" brands, businesses, customers, and competitive landscape to guide the creation of Go-To-Market strategies - Prepare presentations in accordance with clients" guidelines **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in sociology, anthropology, advertising, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Strategy department or communications environment with a focus on strategic insight generation; experience in events/activation/advertising industry is a plus - Basic understanding of strategic and creative development processes, including positioning statements, creative briefs, and advertising concepts At Impact Communications, we are committed to providing a stimulating work environment where you can contribute to the growth and success of our clients" brands.
