Manager - Strategy and Planning

As a Strategic Planner at Impact Communications, your role is crucial in developing growth roadmaps that shape and energize our clients" brands. You will act as a bridge between clients and the servicing team, utilizing your strategic thinking to deliver winning ideas. Your responsibilities will involve researching and gathering data to create well-informed strategic plans, devising brand activation strategies, and providing strategic guidance in building Go-To-Marketing strategies. Additionally, you will prepare presentations according to clients" guidelines and participate in developing brand positioning and identity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Researching & Gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients - Devising the brand activation strategy for clients across industries - Building a thorough understanding of clients" brand, business, customers, and competitive landscape - Providing strategic guidance in building Go-To-Marketing strategies - Preparing presentations as per clients" guidelines **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in sociology, anthropology, advertising, marketing, or a related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in a Strategy department/communications environment specializing in strategic insight generation - Basic understanding of the strategic and creative development process - Experience in events/activation/advertising industry is a plus In this role, you will be a code-breaker, market navigator, and story generator who contributes significantly to the brand strategy. Your ability to analyze data and market trends, shape market research, and participate in developing brand positioning will be essential. Your role involves bringing simplicity from complexity and order from chaos, starting the strategic planning process from the moment a brief or client walks in the door.
