Manager- Strategic Partnerships

As a potential candidate for the position at Thrillophilia, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing success to potential partnerships in the vertical you own. This includes the identification and prioritization of partnership opportunities with major national and regional companies such as e-commerce businesses, financial services institutions, telecom operators, and more. Your role will involve building B to B connections in the travel industry globally and managing all processes in finalizing such partnerships, from lead generation to contract integration and follow-up. It is essential that you have an established and proven professional network throughout the region and can sustain this network over time. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in B to B sales/partnership/travel domain, with a proven track record of building and implementing such partnerships. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is required, along with excellent knowledge of the travel and/or e-commerce industry. You should be an outstanding relationship builder with an established professional network in the market and have a strong ambition to keep expanding this network. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, and you should have a commercial focus, be results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and reporting skills. Additionally, a creative, persistent, and outgoing personality, along with being eager to learn, proactive, positive, self-motivated, and willing to travel for frequent business, are all essential qualities for this role.
