Educational Qualification

Key Deliverables

Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, spares, consumables and finished goods to minimize inventory holding cost and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Ensure timely receipts of goods and conduct quantity and quality checks as per standard procedures and ensure timely and accurate issuance of material to production lines
Maintain up to date GRNs, issue slips, stock registers and material receipts and updating inventory record in Tally.
Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of Inventory.
Coordinate with all stakeholders in supporting inventory planning and reorder level maintenance, based on stock status, consumption level trends, slow/nonmoving items.
Adhere to safety standards, especially for hazardous or flammable materials and ensure compliance with QMS, EMS and OHSAS Management Systems and support internal and external audits.
Ensure 5S, Kaizen, FIFO, cost control and waste reduction at Stores.
