Job Description

To responsible for receipt of Raw Material, Packing Material, Solvent Tanker, Engineering, project and lab material after verification with purchase indent, purchase order & Invoice and for accounting. Monitor the updating of status boards.
To responsible for receipt the GMP Spare materials as per approved vendor list and shall be stored appropriate storage location.
To responsible for receive and inspect incoming materials.
To responsible for issuance of the material to user department as per FIFO/FEFO.
Monitoring the day-to-day activities related to warehouse.
To ensure that the warehouse related SOPs are being followed.
To responsible to calibrate the weighing scales of warehouse department on daily basis.
To responsible for temperature monitoring through data logger from various location of warehouse department on daily basis.
During receipt the Raw material, ensure the In-house specification match with received COA.
To responsible to handling the Code to Code material handling procedures as per SOP.
To responsible for coordinating with QC for the sampling of materials.
To responsible to monitor the materials due for re-testing and intimation to QC for sampling and testing purpose.
Responsible for physical inventory verification and reconciliation in accuracy of Raw Material, Packing Material, Engineering, lab material & Project materials & ensure that the storage guidelines with purchase indents in ERP & GMP pro with coordination for proper communication.
To maintain engineering stores operation in accordance with cGMP procedures & ensure smooth operation in engineering stores department.
Responsible to preparation & compliance of (Returnable Gate Pass) and (Non-Returnable Gate Pass).
To responsible to post the daily consumption/issues engineering, project and lab material in GMP pro and generation of stock reports on day to day basis.
To responsible to ensure physical stock verification of materials.
To responsible to inform immediate reporting department regarding the rejected material.
To responsible to maintain ‘5’s system in Engineering/ project store.
Responsible for continuous improvement in Warehouse Quality System.
Verifying the daily usage log books and monitoring the daily procedures as per SOP.
Providing MIS reports related to warehouse and inventory to management.
To participate in additional activities of warehouse based on requirement and HOD advice.
