Leading a SW development team

C/C++ programming
Good understanding of Linux/Windows/Android OS and its architecture
Multi-threaded system design and implementation
System-level design for client-server applications, socket programming, etc.
IPC and synchronisation mechanisms
Good knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals / debug network TCP dumps
Good communication skills

Desirable skills, (not mandatory)

Communication protocol implementation for Payment Terminals
Understanding of NDC Protocol
Understanding EMV standards & implementation
Understanding of Cyber security standards for Payment Terminal and its implementation
Python / Ruby / Java / Shell Script
Embedded C and programming with PIC and ARM architectures (microcontrollers)
RS-232, RS 485, CAN, I2C, SPI protocols for hardware devices and buses
Complete understanding of software development life cycle
SW Test Automation
SW Project management
