Job Description

Lead the Quality Control department of the cement plant, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and industry regulations
Supervise and guide the QC team in performing chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products
Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments
Oversee BIS formalities including quality certifications, compliance documentation, and liaison with regulatory authorities
Generate and review technical reports, analysis summaries, and corrective action documentation
Collaborate with production and process teams to maintain consistent product quality
Train and mentor junior chemists and lab staff, promoting a culture of quality and accountability
Take ownership of internal and external quality audits and implement improvements based on feedback
