Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate sales by sourcing leads from booked customers & society activation activities.
Understand the customer requirements & provide them with relevant information.
Execute the customer loyalty plan to target customer segments for enrolment.
Execute new campaigns, promotions & program to reach out to maximum number of customers through the programs.
Monitor programmes, analyze their effectiveness and make changes that are required for providing better experience to the customers and thereby getting maximum referrals.
Manage relationships with existing customers by inviting them for the events by enrolling them in various alliance programs to regularly remain in touch with them.
Interact with customers through the events and programmes and get insights about existing projects and their interest for further investment.
Inform customers about the existing project and ask for references through regular mailers & calls.
Work with Marketing and other Sales departments to drive delivery of program details and benefits to customers.
Get feedback from Sales about the conversions out of the referrals provided by loyalty program .
By performing regular analysis & report findings and changes to Marketing and Sales teams.
