Manager/ Sr Manager Electrical Engineering

As a Manager/Sr Manager Electrical Engineering at our company in Gurgaon/Manesar, your role involves designing electrical systems for automation projects such as control systems, poka-yoke systems, and scanning systems. You will be responsible for integrating these systems, as well as installation. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing of electrical system for automation projects - Conceptualization, costing, calculations, electrical designing, parts selection, and engineering BOM preparation - Proficiency in electrical designing tools like Auto Cad Electrical/E-Plan - Coordination with other sections (Electrical/Execution/Programming) - Standardization and project cost optimization To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering In terms of technical competencies and skills, you should have: - Experience in design, installation, and programming of factory automations and machine building - Understanding of electrical drawings, PLC, SCADA systems, Ethernet protocol, and preparation of manufacturing documents for control panels and enclosures - Proficiency in software such as E-Plan, AutoCAD Electrical, and MS Excel - Ability to communicate requirements effectively with suppliers and monitor the development process at the supplier end - Strategic thinking, strong execution orientation, problem-solving approach, and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and software - Knowledge of codes, standards, and best practices in designing LV control systems On the behavioral side, you should demonstrate: - Good communication and networking skills - Disciplined approach adhering to all rules and guidelines on the shop floor - Ability to work effectively as a team player Join us in our mission to drive innovation and excellence in electrical engineering!,
