Roles & Responsibilities

(1) Management of Sports Store.

a. Receives all the sports equipment purchased by the purchase department.

b. Keep track of all the sports equipment issued and returned daily to the students.

c. Keeps all the sports equipment in excellent condition and makes it ‘game-ready’ for the next

event.

d. Take care of the management of the sports facility for Bank Trainees and other programs

(2) Coordinate all the sports events/matches organized at the main sports ground/Courts at Sector -125.

a. Marking of each court of various sports like volleyball, football, cricket, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, etc.

b. Arrange the availability of sports equipment easily for sports class/students’ daily practice and

preparing the cricket pitch before each match.

c. All necessary arrangements are being made for each sport with the help of the Administration

Department.

d. Booking of court/ ground outside the Amity campus for all various sports during Sangathan.

e. Organize all the sports events happening in the main sports Ground. Like Sangathan, Inter

university, Insurance-cup, jubilant corporate matches, etc.

(3) Maintenance of Sports Complex.

a. Cleaning and washing of the sports court every week or as required.

b. Supervision of main ground grass cutting as required.

c. Repairing, painting, and replacement of all the damaged sports court/infrastructure with the

help the Administration Department like Squash Court, Badminton Court, or Tennis Court,

Basketball Court, Softball Court, Volleyball Court, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) & Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from a reputed institute.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other office tools.
