Manager, Software Quality Assurance

Role Overview: As a Test Manager (M2) at the iFirm Global product, your role is crucial in managing the QA planning and execution for ongoing releases. You will be responsible for various key areas including functional test requirement analysis, test strategy and planning, test design and execution, software regression analysis, root cause analysis, test automation framework requirements, automation strategy, and driving a team of test engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional test requirement analysis - Develop test strategy and planning - Design and execute tests - Analyze software regression and plan tests accordingly - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions - Analyze test automation framework requirements and implement solutions - Plan and execute automation strategy - Develop and maintain automation test cases - Conduct code reviews for automation test cases - Participate in Agile process - Understand business and quality priorities - Devise a QA process to overcome quality challenges and achieve objectives - Align with product KPIs and identify QA KPIs and metrics - Identify and manage risks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiencies and improve product quality - Drive the team of test engineers from a strategy and delivery perspective Qualifications Required: - Overall experience of 12-15 years - QA experience of 8+ years - Experience in test management, strategizing, planning & execution - Strong experience in test automation delivery - Practical OOPS knowledge and experience - Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining automation test framework - Hands-on experience in developing automation at services level, API level, and UI level - Familiarity with technologies like .NET, Selenium, Playwright - Proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, Selenium Web driver, Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, Rally, Subversion, Git, GitFlow - Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing - Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) - Knowledge of SQL query building & execution, desirable experience in stored procedures - Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills - Good communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams within the organization Note: Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.,
