Position Summary:

Leads software engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Aligns development efforts with business goals and product roadmaps.

Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Mentor and coach developers, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX) to define and refine requirements.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, agile practices, and quality benchmarks.
Drive resolution of technical challenges and remove blockers for the team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in leading software development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
