Manager - Site Merchandising

You will be a Site Merchandising Manager at a mid-sized company located in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. As a Site Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Implementing and optimizing site merchandising strategies focusing on conversion, findability, guest engagement, and frictionless shopping. - Providing business inputs and context to creative teams for revenue-driving, on-brand, and impactful content. - Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all devices and platforms, guest behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and influence longer-term strategies. - Establishing strong relationships across functional and category peer groups, partnering with various teams to develop compelling merchandising themes and storytelling. - Ensuring the creative/content/user experience hygiene by examining the site daily. - Managing, guiding, and training the site merchandising team. Qualifications for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of e-commerce/retail experience. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics, as well as site metrics. - Prior experience in Site Merchandising.
