Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Product Consultant

Work Mode: Hybrid

What will you do?

This is a key position responsible for transforming the organization's internal digital landscape using cutting-edge AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI. This role focuses on creating exceptional employee experiences across enabling functions by integrating AI solutions to redefine interdepartmental interactions, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

As an individual contributor, you'll design and implement AI-powered digital experiences that our employees will love. You'll be responsible for building out our internal systems ecosystem, focusing on innovative AI applications that transform how we work. Your deep understanding of internal processes, coupled with your expertise in emerging AI technologies, will drive this transformation.

Role Mandate:

Lead internal digital transformation by crafting AI-enabled solutions and reimagining employee workflows. Anchor the product lifecycle with strong business analysis, stakeholder alignment, and robust requirement documentation to ensure impact-driven delivery.

Key Focus Areas

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a strategic bridge between enabling functions, technical teams, and business leaders.

- Champion collaborative design thinking across departments to drive adoption and change management.

- Navigate diverse stakeholder needs and build consensus through clear communication and insight-driven planning.

2. Business Analysis & Process Optimization

- Conduct comprehensive process mapping across enabling functions to identify automation opportunities.

- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to suggest scalable, tech-led improvements.

- Translate business problems into actionable insights and technology solutions.

3. Requirement Documentation & Technical Solutioning

- Draft high-quality BRDs, FRDs, and solution blueprints with traceability, precision, and completeness.

- Create and refine user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria under Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Lead UAT cycles and feedback loops to validate requirements against real-world workflows.

4. Generative AI & Emerging Tech Integration (Preferred but Highly Valued)

- Identify opportunities for Gen AI and Agentic AI to streamline decision-making and enhance process automation.

- Collaborate with tech teams and AI partners to pilot solutions and evaluate their impact on operational metrics.

- Stay ahead of evolving AI trends and proactively assess their potential in shaping internal digital experiences.

Lead the design and delivery of innovative digital experiences that improve efficiency and enhance employee engagement across enabling functions.

  • Drive Operational Efficiency

Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities and implement technology-led improvements leading to improved turnaround times. Leverage technology and automation to eliminate redundancies, enhance process consistency and maximize resource utilization.

  • Develop Scalable Solutions

Design and facilitate training programs, communication plans, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth rollout and sustained usage.

Key Qualifications and experience

  • MBA with BE from a reputed institute
  • 10 - 12 years of experience working with

    digital products, preferably in internal automation of an organization

  • Demonstrated experience in

    implementing AI-driven technology solutions for internal processes

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, AI-enabled transformation programs
  • Experience working with AI startups or AI divisions within larger organizations
