Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Civil Project Execution work at any APL site & central projects as per requirement.
Preparing Bill of material for CAPEX estimation related to civil activity.
Civil Material indenting.
Co-ordination & execution of all civil work activities as per agreed timeline & budget.
Reviewing civil layouts & design
Must be able to understand civil design in detail and can verify along with consultants & can challenge consultant drawings technically.
Preparing building layouts and drawings as per the requirement.
Co-ordination with contractors & consultants for implementation of project & plant modification/maintenance work.
Inspection of capital goods at the supplier end and at site.
To ensure that all the activities at the site are carried out as per GEP/SOP.
Indenting of material as per project requirement & capex approval.
Follow-up with purchase for project items.
Inspection & approval of quality of work at site.
Verifying measurement & approving bills of contractors

Special Skill Sets

Must have good knowledge of civil building codes ,town planning rules and regulations, all legal requirements related to civil projects. Good presentation and communication skills. Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
