Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Having Knowledge of R&R Contest/ program, SAS, VBA, SQL, Ms. Access & Advance Excel
Manage MIS requirements and publish daily MIS reports of the channel
Provide MIS/ Reports as per requirement of Channel Head
Design and prepare Contest/Programs MIS based on data received.
Publish the Contest Updates daily highlighting the key points
Automate R&R contest/ program in SAS
Understand the terms and conditions in each of Contest /Programs and ensure implementation in updates and results
Conduct internal audits by self to ensure the data is accurate and published qualifiers are as per Terms and Conditions of the Contest/Program
Follow the R & R SOP and ensure TATs are met with respect to internal audit, result announcement and closure of the contest /program
Liaise with Internal Audit team to ensure timely audit of contests and RnR results.
Ensure all deliverables of Contest / Program are met and executed
Manage the R & R calendar and update it on regular basis
Submit Provisions for every contest / program to the respective team
Manage / Provide update on any other MIS as required

Preferred candidate profile

At least 2-3 Years of Automation in Ms Access/ SQL, Distribution MIS unit in Insurance Company
Qualified IT professional or relevant Experience (BSc IT, MCA, BCA, B Tech)
Worked on MIS automation projects
Knowledge of advance Ms-excel AND Ms-ACCESS, SQL, VBA, Macro (or other database systems)
