About the Role:

M/ SM Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing analytics initiatives across digital channels (Meta, Google, Programmatic, CRM, Affiliates, etc.).
  • Build and manage dashboards, performance reports, and key marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, retention, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and attribution modeling.
  • Own marketing attribution, media mix modeling, and marketing spend optimization.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and clean data availability.
  • Analyze customer journeys, cohort performance, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business analytics.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM systems).
  • Sound understanding of customer acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, etc.).
  • Experience in marketing attribution models and/or MMM is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in consumer tech / e-commerce / fintech / online services domains is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized analytics teams is a plus.
