Were seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Admissions Outreach to drive strategic initiatives and strengthen relationships with consultants, schools, and colleges across multiple regions Role & responsibilities Develop and implement regional outreach strategies to boost enrollments. Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and consultants. Organize career counseling sessions and participation in Education Fairs. Achieve and exceed enrollment targets while assessing outreach effectiveness. Lead and mentor regional outreach teams for seamless execution. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in admissions, outreach, or educational marketing. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
