Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, Secretarial and GST work, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Manager will oversee company secretarial tasks, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, handle GST-related work, and provide executive administrative assistance. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, liaising with clients, and ensuring all filings and documentation are completed accurately and timely.

• Company Secretarial Work and GST skills
• Strong clerical skills and executive administrative assistance capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification in company secretarial work or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
