Manager - SAP EWM

As a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM Manager you will be leading and overseeing the implementation and rollout of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for the Life Sciences business. You will be playing a critical role in driving digital transformation within distribution and logistics operations, ensuring efficient system integration, process optimization, and seamless execution of warehouse management solutions.

This position requires strong functional and business process expertise in SAP EWM, leadership capabilities in managing solution/business experts or architects, and a proven track record of managing SAP projects in a global environment. Key Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across global warehouse and distribution centers Oversee system configuration, integration, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP EWM and integration with SAP TM in a decentralized environment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse warehouse operations and define best practices. Ensure alignment between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (SAP MM, SD, TM, and PP).Lead and mentor a team of SAP EWM consultants, analysts, and functional leads. Foster cross-functional collaboration between IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Units. Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks, budgets, and scope. Ensure all SAP EWM solutions comply with regulatory, GxP, and industry standards. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in warehouse operations through SAP capabilities.

Who you are: Bachelor s or Master s degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration12+ years experience in SAP, preferably on logistics modules covering O2C, P2P and PL2P business processes.10+ years experience within an international and global environment Minimum of 3 years of Managerial and/or team leader experience Experience in handling at least 2-3 SAP EWM end-to-end implementations Experience in warehouse automation, RF framework and mobile warehouse execution. Good know-how of SAP EWM functionalities and integration aspects of SAP EWM with other SAP modules. Strong stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management experience. SAP EWM certification and experience in Life Sciences are a plus.
