Manager - Sales & Mktg (Industrial battery)

As a Manager Sales at Power Build Batteries in Bangalore for the OPzS Industrial battery division, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Create, build, and develop the market for tubular SAN container OPzS battery business. - Implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with organizational goals and market trends. - Meet with different state GENCOs & TRANSCOs to raise awareness about Power Build OPzS Batteries and expand the market presence. - Coordinate with the Unit Head to develop market plans and budgets. - Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to enhance brand awareness among end users. - Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials. - Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management. - Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders regarding marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. - Collaborate with management in developing marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals. - Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and competitor activities. - Execute marketing plans, including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are achieved. - Collaborate with different channel segments like distributors and dealers to monitor lead activity and align all marketing efforts to boost business financial results. - Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. - Gather and analyze sales data from marketing campaigns to determine sales forecasts. - Have knowledge of tendering processes with the PSUs. - Be primarily responsible for sales of OPzS SAN battery to PSUs, Railways, and Power Companies.
