Job Description

As a Manager Sales at Power Build Batteries, your role involves creating, building, and developing the market for tubular SAN container OPzS battery business. Your responsibilities include implementing marketing plans, policies, and strategies to achieve revenue targets, meeting with state GENCOs & TRANSCOs to increase awareness of Power Build OPzS Batteries, and coordinating with the Unit Head to develop market plans & budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Create, build, and develop the market for tubular SAN container OPzS battery business - Implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies to achieve revenue targets - Meet with state GENCOs & TRANSCOs to increase awareness of Power Build OPzS Batteries - Coordinate with Unit Head to develop market plans & budgets - Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness - Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials - Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management - Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams - Cooperate with management to develop marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals - Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities - Execute marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met - Collaborate with distributors and dealers to monitor lead activity and ensure alignment on all marketing efforts - Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish - Gather and analyze sales data from marketing campaigns to determine sales forecast - Knowledge of tendering with the PSUs - Primary responsibility for sales of OPzS SAN battery to PSUs, Railways, Power Cos. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in sales and marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of marketing trends and competitor activities - Experience in managing marketing databases and customer relationships - Familiarity with tendering processes with PSUs If interested in this position, please email your CV along with your current & Expected CTC and notice period to neeta.pilankar@timetechnoplast.com.
